We have the ability to remotely access your current database and import the patient demographics and charges into our billing system. We can also receive your information by fax or it can be scanned and emailed to us and we will complete all the data entry into our system.
Is my patient data protected?
Yes, our billing software is compliant with HIPAA regulations.

Yes, we create, print and mail patient statements immediately reducing your office expenses.
What does a patient do if they have questions related to their statement?
Our toll free phone number is printed on the patient statements so they will call our professional staff directly if they have any billing questions, relieving your staff of patient billing calls.
Does our office continue to collect patient co-pays and deductibles?
Yes, these should continue to be collected at the time of service. If we find a balance is due we will bill the patient accordingly.
Do you contact insurance companies directly?
Yes, we work directly with the insurance companies and if issues arise we will contact them for follow-up and resolution.
How do we pay Telstar Practice Management?
We do not get paid until you do. We issue a bill at the end of each month based on a percentage of the monthly collections we have received.
